VacHouse is a trading entity of VacHouse Pty Ltd which is registered in Victoria, Australia. All the terms and conditions mentioned are as per regular business practice and will change without any notice from time to time as may be desired by us.

VacHouse reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, terms and conditions and warranties at any time. If any part of VacHouse policies, terms and conditions or warranties is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part of the Terms is severed, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.

The terms set out in this document constitute the entire agreement between you as a customer, buyer, consumer, potential buyer or any other capacity and VacHouse regarding the operation of the website.

When you process an online transaction using the Fast Checkout option, our system stores your details that relate to your order (excluding credit card details) so we can assist you with any enquiries relating to your orders. We do not hold or have access to any credit card, banking and financial information of any buyer with us. All payment service and banking services are provided by the relevant service providers and not by us.

All transactions are quoted in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

• By buying from our web store, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please review our policies prior to placing your order.
• All item prices include GST unless otherwise specified.
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional and can be applicable as the case may be.
• All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may differ in weight, size, colour, packaging, features and performance.
• All Prices on the website are special internet prices only. These prices may or may not match the price in the stores.
• We reserve the right to not deliver, stop delivery or get the products back (if delivered) and the transaction is found to be faulty / fraud/ unauthorized or unpaid.
• Any financial transactions done on our website or store is subject to its legal validity. We may request for additional documents like identification documents, bank or transaction statement or any other proof as the case may be. We do not store any such information and destroy them as soon as they are no more required.

Shipping

• Shipping charges may be applicable and will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
• Pick-ups are possible for specific models and with prior arrangements only. (No exceptions)
• Item will be shipped after payment has been received in full.
• All shipping service is provided by external shipping companies.
• Any claim, enquiry, or replacement for delay, damage or redirection needs to be with them directly.
• Any transit insurance needs to be taken with shipping company directly.

Delivery

• Dispatch of goods is arranged through VacHouse.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is 2-5 working days. There may be some delay in delivery depending on the work load of the shipping companies, season and product availability.
• No weekend, public holidays or after-hours delivery available until unless with prior arrangement.
• VacHouse is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
• Replacements, or repairs of items are sent by prepaid postage.
• Customer must opt for Signature required at delivery option or all goods will be left at the door/ reception/ safe place as per the interpretation and understanding of the delivery company.

Warranty

• Warranty for most of the products are provided by the manufacturers. We may provide direct warranty for some products as may be specified.
• If product is faulty, please do not use it.
• Some products may not be suitable for use by children under the age of 18
• Cleaning products are not toys and should not be used by kids. Some products may contain batteries, power source, sharp products, chemicals, toxic chemicals and parts etc. Please do not let any human or animals swallow it, lick it or play with it. Please seek medical help in case any of the above is done.
• Some manufacturers may ask the package to be returned in their original packaging for any exchange or returns. They may not refund, return or exchange for non presence of original proof of purchase

Returns

• The product may be returned if its faulty / different from the one ordered / got it late.
• If there is any change of mind, the products needs to be returned within 7 days of purchase in the original condition as received.
• We cannot take back product that is used for change of mind.
• Any postage charges for delivery and return needs to be paid by the buyer.
• In case the product is returned back to us for any mistake of address or no person available to take delivery then redelivery charges will apply.
• No exchange of product is possible until we receive the original product in the condition it was delivered.
